We have now begun to see clients, couples and families in person. We require that clients wear a mask. Our waiting area is closed, so you should text us when you arrive and wait in your car until we text you to come in. This is not an indication that we believe COVID-19 is not a serious problem in Morgan County. We do, but we believe that if managed properly, we can now safely see clients in person. We still offer Zoom meetings to those who wish to take advantage of this safe and effective way of providing for mental health care.
NOTE: For optimal performance, the bandwidth used by Zoom will be optimized for the best experience based on the participants’ network. It will automatically adjust for 3G, WiFi or Wired environments. Recommended bandwidth for Meetings and Webinar Panelists: For 1:1 video calling: 600kbps (up/down) for high quality video. According to the Zoom website, however, states that for higher definition video, 720p requires 1.2 Mbps up/down and 1080p HD requires 2.5 mbps up/down.
